Assessment terms

The on-site assessment visit is free.
If you're beyond about 30 km from us and decide after the visit not to go ahead, a travel fee may apply. We tell you the amount when we confirm your appointment.
You get our findings in person at the visit. If you want to go ahead, we follow up with a quote — that is where any report options and prices are.
Whether you go ahead is your decision, and you can make it after the visit. Nobody pushes you on the day.
We never take money without telling you the amount first, and we always tell you how to pay it.

What you can ask for

The assessment visit — a technician walks the affected areas and talks you through what they find.
A written cause-of-loss report and a repair estimate: the documentation your adjuster works from if you are filing a claim. Quoted with your job.
A measured sketch and diagram of the affected areas, alongside the report and estimate. Quoted with your job. Where lab samples are taken, results take 3–5 business days.
